TOILETRIES AND PRODUCTION COSTS FOR 2009\2010 – R120.00.
This is payable every year at the beginning of the year. | This enables the school to purchase:
Toilet Paper, tissues, paper towels (we do not use face cloths) AND the School brings in the Puppet Shows etc out of this amount for the year.

| Pillows and blankets | When the weather gets cold only please - mark clearly as we do have a problem when blankets are not marked. Small blankets and pillows please. |
| A plastic apron | Clearly marked |
| Toys | No toys to be brought to the school please unless the teacher has requested for the theme tables.
Books for story time are always encouraged. |
| Sweets | No sweets please unless a letter goes out for a special occasion. |
| Spare Clothes | The little ones need a set of spare clothes in their bags (for “accidents” and in case they get wet during water play) |
Arrival:
Our programme begins at 8.15 a.m. Please see that your children do not arrive late, as they miss out on the morning school readiness programme which includes bible stories and prayers, puzzle building, numbers, shapes etc.
Afternoon change of staff
Our afternoon staff will take care of your little ones in the Senior Nursery School in the Afternoon. All our little ones from the Junior Nursery School will join the Senior Nursery School at sleep time and will play in the Senior playground.
Please Junior Nursery School parents (Winnie the pooh and Panda Bear children) collect your children in the afternoon on the Senior Nursery School side.
Drop off in the morning on the Junior Nursery School side.
Late Collection:
Only in extreme emergencies please. A fine will be given to parents who fetch their children late.
A late collection fee of R10.00 for every 5 minutes after 5.30 p.m.
Second offence – R20.00 for every 5 minutes.
Third Offence – R50.00 for every 5 minutes.
School Holidays
Senior and Junior schools come together for an informal programme.
Junior School parents to drop Junior Nursery School on Senior Nursery school side.
Fees:
School fees are payable in advance by the 3rd of each month. Parents that are paid on the 15th of each month are please to make arrangements at the office.
